1. Information we collect

  • Email address for delivering your read and follow-up service messages.
  • Room details you provide, such as room type, goal, and written concern.
  • Uploaded room images or floor plans used to generate your room read.
  • Transaction and subscription data needed to manage billing and support.

2. How we use information

  • Generate and deliver your Softspace room read.
  • Manage purchases, subscriptions, and customer support.
  • Improve product quality, safety checks, and prompt accuracy.
  • Send service-related messages such as delivery confirmations and billing notices.

3. Billing and payment data

Payments are processed by Paddle. Softspace does not store your full payment card details on its own servers.

4. Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as payment, hosting, and analytics vendors. We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

5. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention and accounting.
