Effective April 15, 2026. This policy explains how Softspace handles refunds for one-time reads and Soft Reset subscriptions.
If a one-time room read is not delivered because of a technical failure, duplicate charge, or billing error, contact support within 14 days of purchase for review.
You may cancel Soft Reset at any time to stop future renewals. Charges already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a technical issue prevented service delivery.
Email support@getsoftspace.com with the purchase email, date of charge, and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are usually initiated within 5 business days. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment method and bank.
