Effective April 15, 2026. These terms govern your use of Softspace, including one-time room reads and Soft Reset subscriptions.
Softspace offers AI-assisted Feng Shui room guidance for reflection, room planning, and practical next steps. Softspace is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
You are responsible for how you use the information provided. The service is designed to support interpretation and action, not to guarantee a life outcome.
You may be asked to provide an email address, room details, and uploaded images so Softspace can generate and deliver your room read.
One-time purchases unlock a single room read for the submitted room and goal. Soft Reset is a recurring monthly subscription that renews until canceled.
Soft Reset renews automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future charges and does not retroactively reverse charges that have already been processed for the current billing period.
You may not misuse Softspace, interfere with the platform, upload unlawful or harmful material, or attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service without written permission.
We may suspend access if use creates fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal exposure.
Softspace may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or a specific emotional or practical result.
